Corrosion Resistance & Applications
Hastelloy C-22 offers better overall resistance to oxidizing aqueous media than C-276, including wet chlorine and mixtures containing nitric acid, with outstanding resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion. Typical applications include chemical processing, pollution control, pharmaceutical and bio-processing equipment, and marine applications.

What thickness range can you supply for Hastelloy C-22 sheet and plate?
Cold-rolled sheet is available from 0.5 mm up to 3.0 mm, and hot-rolled plate from 3.0 mm up to 60 mm. Thinner strip and foil down to 0.1 mm can be supplied in coil form.
Do you provide mill test certificates?
Yes. Every shipment is supplied with an EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate covering chemical composition, mechanical properties and heat number traceability. Third-party inspection by SGS, TUV or BV is accepted before shipment.
Can you cut Hastelloy C-22 plate to my required size?
Yes. We offer cut-to-length, laser/plasma cutting and edge preparation services so the material arrives ready for your fabrication.
