Cold rolled nickel alloy sheet from 0.5 mm to 3.0 mm, in widths up to 1,500 mm. Standard finishes 2B, BA and No.1; polished and PVC-coated surfaces on request. Sheets are sheared or laser cut to your dimensions and delivered flat, marked and documented per heat.

Precision shearing and laser cutting. Deburred edges, diagonal and flatness checked on every sheet.

Three-Step Quality Control
1. Raw Material
Plate and coil sourced from qualified mills. Every heat arrives with MTC and is re-checked by PMI before entering stock.
2. In-Process
Cutting and finishing follow documented work instructions. Dimensions and surface checked at each step, records kept per heat number.
3. Pre-Shipment
Final inspection of dimensions, flatness, marking and packing. Third-party inspection (SGS, TUV, BV) welcomed before dispatch.
