Hot rolled nickel alloy plate from 3.0 mm to 60 mm, widths up to 2,000 mm. Plates are supplied solution annealed and descaled, cut by plasma or waterjet to your drawings — discs, rings, flanges blanks and irregular shapes included.
How We Supply
Heavy Plate Stock
C-276 and 625 plates up to 50 mm in regular stock for pressure vessel and FGD fabrication.
Shape Cutting
CNC plasma and waterjet cutting to DXF/DWG drawings — discs, rings, saddle plates, heads.
Heat Treatment
All plate supplied in solution annealed condition per the applicable ASTM specification.
UT Testing
Ultrasonic testing per ASTM A578 available for pressure-bearing applications.

Three-Step Quality Control
1. Raw Material
Plate and coil sourced from qualified mills. Every heat arrives with MTC and is re-checked by PMI before entering stock.
2. In-Process
Cutting and finishing follow documented work instructions. Dimensions and surface checked at each step, records kept per heat number.
3. Pre-Shipment
Final inspection of dimensions, flatness, marking and packing. Third-party inspection (SGS, TUV, BV) welcomed before dispatch.
