Corrosion Resistance & Applications
Hastelloy C-276 offers one of the most corrosion-resistant alloys available, resisting both oxidizing and reducing media, wet chlorine gas, hypochlorite and chlorine dioxide; excellent in welded condition without post-weld heat treatment. Typical applications include chemical and petrochemical processing, FGD scrubbers, pulp and paper bleaching, waste treatment and pharmaceutical equipment.

FAQ
What thickness range can you supply for Hastelloy C-276 sheet and plate?
Cold-rolled sheet is available from 0.5 mm up to 3.0 mm, and hot-rolled plate from 3.0 mm up to 60 mm. Thinner strip and foil down to 0.1 mm can be supplied in coil form.
Do you provide mill test certificates?
Yes. Every shipment is supplied with an EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate covering chemical composition, mechanical properties and heat number traceability. Third-party inspection by SGS, TUV or BV is accepted before shipment.
Can you cut Hastelloy C-276 plate to my required size?
Yes. We offer cut-to-length, laser/plasma cutting and edge preparation services so the material arrives ready for your fabrication.
