Quality & Certificates

Quality at Tailan Metal starts at the mill and ends only when the material is safely loaded. Our flat-rolled products are sourced from qualified mills and verified again in our own warehouse.

Our Quality System

• Every heat verified by PMI (positive material identification) on receipt
• Dimensional inspection of thickness, width, length and flatness
• Ultrasonic and eddy-current testing where required by the order
• EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate supplied with every shipment

Third-Party Inspection

SGS, TUV and BV inspections are accepted before shipment. Witness points can be agreed at order stage.

Packing & Delivery

Sheets and plates are packed on fumigated wooden pallets or in seaworthy wooden cases with waterproof wrapping, edge protection and container lashing, so material arrives in mill condition.
