Corrosion Resistance & Applications
Hastelloy C-2000 offers deliberate copper addition gives strong resistance to sulfuric acid while retaining excellent resistance to oxidizing media – a true all-round grade for mixed-acid environments. Typical applications include chemical processing, pharmaceutical plants, pickling lines and mixed-acid waste streams.

What thickness range can you supply for Hastelloy C-2000 sheet and plate?
Cold-rolled sheet is available from 0.5 mm up to 3.0 mm, and hot-rolled plate from 3.0 mm up to 60 mm. Thinner strip and foil down to 0.1 mm can be supplied in coil form.
Do you provide mill test certificates?
Yes. Every shipment is supplied with an EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate covering chemical composition, mechanical properties and heat number traceability. Third-party inspection by SGS, TUV or BV is accepted before shipment.
Can you cut Hastelloy C-2000 plate to my required size?
Yes. We offer cut-to-length, laser/plasma cutting and edge preparation services so the material arrives ready for your fabrication.
