Corrosion Resistance & Applications
Nickel 200/201 offers commercially pure nickel with outstanding resistance to caustic alkalis and good electrical and thermal conductivity; the low-carbon Nickel 201 is preferred above 315°C. Typical applications include caustic soda production and storage, food processing, electronic and aerospace components and magnetostrictive devices.

What thickness range can you supply for Nickel 200/201 sheet and plate?
Cold-rolled sheet is available from 0.5 mm up to 3.0 mm, and hot-rolled plate from 3.0 mm up to 60 mm. Thinner strip and foil down to 0.1 mm can be supplied in coil form.
Do you provide mill test certificates?
Yes. Every shipment is supplied with an EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate covering chemical composition, mechanical properties and heat number traceability. Third-party inspection by SGS, TUV or BV is accepted before shipment.
Can you cut Nickel 200/201 plate to my required size?
Yes. We offer cut-to-length, laser/plasma cutting and edge preparation services so the material arrives ready for your fabrication.
