Nickel alloy coil and precision slit strip from 0.1 mm to 3.0 mm. Slit to your exact width with camber-controlled edges, supplied on standard or customer-specified coil IDs, with oscillate winding available for long production runs.
How We Supply
Precision Slitting
Camber ≤ 1 mm per meter, width tolerance down to ±0.05 mm for stamping and forming lines.
Small Quantities
Trial coils from a few hundred kilograms — ideal for qualification and prototyping.
Oscillate Wound
Long continuous lengths on traverse-wound reels to reduce line stoppages.
Temper Options
Annealed, quarter-hard, half-hard and full-hard tempers for spring and bellows applications.

Three-Step Quality Control
1. Raw Material
Plate and coil sourced from qualified mills. Every heat arrives with MTC and is re-checked by PMI before entering stock.
2. In-Process
Cutting and finishing follow documented work instructions. Dimensions and surface checked at each step, records kept per heat number.
3. Pre-Shipment
Final inspection of dimensions, flatness, marking and packing. Third-party inspection (SGS, TUV, BV) welcomed before dispatch.
